At the Center for Light-Matter Interaction, Sensors and Analytics (LISA+) of the University of Tübingen a Research Scientist Position (TV-L 13, 100%) at the postdoctoral level is available immediately.

The position is based on a fixed-term contract up to 31.12.2025 and has a teaching load of four hours per week.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in theoretical chemistry or theoretical physics and works in the fields of quantum-chemical calculations on the DFT level, FEM-based methods, FDTD simulations, or electromagnetic field simulations. The researcher will be linked to the local theory groups, but work widely independently within LISA+. The opportunity to pursue a habilitation will be provided.
