Krystalick\u00e9 a keramick\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 jsou zkoum\u00e1ny, jsou vhodn\u00e9 nap\u0159. k vyu\u017eit\u00ed v optoelektronice, k v\u00fdrob\u011b laser\u016f, termoluminiscen\u010dn\u00edch detektor\u016f a scintil\u00e1tor\u016f pro ionizuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. C\u00edlem na\u0161eho v\u00fdzkumu je objasn\u011bn\u00ed elektronov\u00e9 struktury, tvorby a vlastnost\u00ed bodov\u00fdch poruch a vlastnost\u00ed ne\u010distot ve studovan\u00fdch materi\u00e1lech. V\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu jsou vy\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny k optimalizaci r\u016fstu krystal\u016f, p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b keramik a tenk\u00fdch vrstev a ke kontrole obsahu n\u011bkter\u00fdch ne\u010distot ve vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lech.<\/p><p>Laborato\u0159 disponuje \u010dty\u0159mi aparaturami pro studium vlastnost\u00ed fotoluminiscence pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 jsou vybaveny detektory umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edmi registrovat extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 intenzity sv\u011btla ve spektr\u00e1ln\u00ed oblasti 300\u00a0\u2013\u00a04\u00a0000\u00a0nm. Vedle m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed emisn\u00edch a excita\u010dn\u00edch spekter fotoluminiscence dovoluje toto vybaven\u00ed studovat i dozn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed fotoluminiscence, termoluminiscenci, radioluminiscenci, luminiscenci buzenou rentgenov\u00fdm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm a rovn\u011b\u017e i optickou absorpci materi\u00e1l\u016f. D\u00edky heliov\u00fdm optick\u00fdm kryostat\u016fm lze uveden\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bt p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch 4.2 a\u017e 450\u00a0K.
