analyses:<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Qualitative phase analysis (which phases the sample is composed of).<\/li><li>Quantitative phase analysis (proportional of individual phases and their microstructural parameters, e.g. dislocation density).<\/li><li>Macroscopic residual stress analysis.<\/li><li>Preferred orientation (texture) analysis.<\/li><li>Thin film thickness analysis.<\/li><li>In-situ X-ray diffraction study up to 2300\u00b0C.<\/li><\/ul><p>We are equipped with devices for defined gradual electrolytic removal of surface layers, which enables us to study the depth courses of structurally sensitive characteristics.<\/p><h4>We analyze:<\/h4><ul><li>laboratory samples,<\/li><li>real samples up to a weight of tens of kilograms,<\/li><li>thin layers,<\/li><li>powders,<\/li><li>liquid samples.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Analyzes in the field:<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Macroscopic residual stress analysis.<\/li><li>Proportion of retained austenite.<\/li><\/ul><p>We are also able to perform analyses in the field using a mobile diffractometer.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h3><strong>Services:<\/strong><\/h3><p>Consulting and training in X-ray diffraction and
